The shower system needs improvement.

The location was great, within walking distance to restaurants and shops. the staff were friendly and helpful. the room was spacious and comfortable. the free Wi-Fi was a nice touch as well.
The hotel did not have a pool despite being advertised on their website. the breakfast room was also quite cold, making it a bit uncomfortable to eat in.

Over my new year stay at the hotel, I found two things to be really great. the room was quite spacious and had a nice view of the surrounding area. the hotel was situated in a great location with easy access to local shops and restaurants. the hotel provided a shuttle service which made commuting around the city quite easy.
My stay was hindered by a few major issues. the hotel did not have a functional pool, despite advertising it.
